THE CLIENT
MacIntyre Academies is committed to supporting children and young people to receive the best education possible. As a Multi-Academy Trust for special education schools and specialist alternative provision, it aims to enable young people to recognise and reach their full potential. The Trust stands out for its person-centred approaches and commitment to partnership with families. Each school under the Trust delivers a bespoke curriculum framework, ensuring that learning is holistic, flexible, and equally ambitious.
THE CHALLENGE
MacIntyre Academies supported a young man with particular behavioural challenges, requiring teams with specialist
knowledge and experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and management. We were their chosen partner in providing specialist-trained clinicians who could integrate seamlessly into the person’s environment and create a safe, nurturing space for continued education.
Nurseline Healthcare has partnered with Endeavour House to support us in meeting the needs of a young man who requires specially trained staff in Positive Behaviour Support and management to enable him to continue living here safely.
TEAMING
Our clinicians, John, Chibuike, and Dele, were the ideal match for the young person, bringing the right experience, skills and approach to their support. Through compassion, adaptability, and responsiveness, they helped raise the standard of care
and improved the young person’s quality of life. The care sector can be complex, dynamic and demanding, but our priority remains the same: ensuring that every clinician is suitably qualified, well-prepared and the right fit for the person they support.
The commitment and energy that John, Chibuike and Dele have put into working with this young man at Endeavour House the past year has been unwavering. They are true team players and have supported other colleagues around them.
