Nurseline have partnered with Endeavour House to support us to meet the needs of a young man that required specialist trained staff in positive behavior support and management to enable him to continue to living here safely.

Teaming / Together, we create a meaningful and lasting impact

The core team of 3 support workers John, Chibuike and Dele have not just enabled these immediate needs to be met for this young man but have completely changed his life; increased his independent living skills, self-management and emotional regulation skills and opened up his entire world and life
experience.

Ne now goes out and enjoys a range of activities in the community and mixes with his peers daily. He has become more active and healthy. For the past several months he hasn’t had any serious situations of concern and if he does become anxious he is able to de-escalate quickly due to the young man’s
self-management skills that have been taught, developed and nurtured by his experienced Nurseline staff.

The commitment and energy that John, Chibuike and Dele have put into working with this young man at Endeavour House over the past year has been unwavering. They are true team players and have supported other colleagues around a theme. They have led the way in modelling resilience, dedication and ambition for young people. They are a credit to Nurseline and we feel very lucky to work alongside them and I know that the family of the young men they supported feel the same.
