We were very fortunate to come across Nurselines’ services at a provider meeting, where I shared with them that we had ongoing difficulty in consistently sourcing from (other agencies) suitably qualified and reliable agency staff to support us when expanding our services or for support during emergency staffing situations. I explained that at that moment in time we needed a core team of agency staff quickly due to taking on several new emergency placements that were to commence in 3 weeks time.

Ashleigh from Nurseline was very friendly and approachable and explained that they felt they could help provide that high standard of agency support that we were searching for and that they could get some suitably qualified staff to meet our needs within 24 hours. Considering we provide support to individuals on the autistic spectrum with complex needs, I did not hold out much hope for such a speedy resolution to our resource issues. In fact I said that I felt it was a challenge too great to resolve in 24 hours! However, Ashleigh offered her hand and said, ‘challenge accepted’. Nurseline kept to their word, amazingly sourcing all of the agency staff and all with the appropriate skills and training that we required in time for the emergency placements to start.

Nurseline go the extra mile, ensuring all relevant documentation and training is in place for all of their staff, ensuring core teams of agency are planned where appropriate. We like the fact that they go the extra mile in communications and are reliable, making effort to ensure any unforeseen circumstances are resolved smoothly and promptly. Every single member of their office team are professional and friendly and it was lovely to have Ashleigh phone and check in with one of our services on the first day they provided agency staff to check that all was well.

Nurseline provide an easy to use electronic booking system which enables all of our managers to access and review what has been covered or is planned and keep regular contact with each service, reviewing what has worked well and what could be improved upon. Nurseline work in partnership with all of our services and I can honestly say that they have always followed up promptly on any concerns that may have cropped up and resolved smoothly.

We now only ever use Nurselines’ services when agency staff are required as we can always be assured that the staff they provide are well informed, trained and are good role models. We feel safe in the knowledge that Nurseline staff will consistently provide the level of support cover that is consistent with our own vision, mission and core and values which is invaluable.
