I chose to work with Nurseline because I wanted to make an impact in the care industry and support individuals to have a better, more fulfilled life. Nurseline is different from other agencies because they look after the clinicians well, the care coordinators always check in with us, support us with any issues and refer us to clinician care if needed. Our care coordinators support us on shift well and check in regularly. In Nurseline you feel like you are a part of the team and the family and always feel valued and supported.
I am positively impacting the individuals I support by establishing great relationships with the provider, family, and service user. I am dedicated to ensuring they enjoy a healthy diet and have engaging activities to anticipate each day. I have a high standard of personal care and am ready for challenging behaviour so nothing escalates. I hope I am providing them with a positive and fulfilling life.
