I chose to work in care because I wanted to do something that would directly impact positive changes in vulnerable people and people who need support.

I chose to work in care because I wanted to do something that would directly impact positive changes in vulnerable people and people who need support. The different pieces of training I have done to achieve being my best in care in general have added more to my personality and how to treat or take care of myself and people better.

I chose to work for Nurseline Healthcare to get opportunities for more work (shift) as I was not getting that in the previous company I worked for and with better wages as I worked diligently to get the best of the people I support.

Some significant differences I have noticed so far are the excellent relationship between the clinicians and the care coordinators and the transparency between the company and the clinicians.
Offering valuable support, compassion, care, and companionship leads to the happiness of the people living with challenging behaviour.
