Overview

My name is Bethany Radford and I am currently a Care Coordinator at Nurseline Healthcare. I have been working here for over one year but have been in the health and social sector for over ten years. I am currently working towards becoming a Senior Care Coordinator. I have always worked within the healthcare sector as I have always wanted to make a difference within people’s lives.

I chose Nurseline Healthcare as their values fit in within my own personal values. Finding Nurseline Healthcare has allowed me to grow as an individual but also given me so much confidence. Anyone would say that I have more confidence and self-worth since joining, you are truly made to feel important working here.

It makes me happy knowing I was able to find the right support for the individuals we look after. I feel extremely lucky to be able to support individuals by giving them a core team, who will go the extra mile for them, knowing that the team I was able to allocate has made a difference and impact in someone’s life is very rewarding. I love to be able to watch someone blossom and we can do this here.

To the families that are looking for support for their loved ones, remember that there is light at the end of the tunnel. You have done the hardest thing by asking for help and you should be proud of this. Looking for help can be scary, but with the right company behind you every step of the way can
make a huge impact to everyone.
